These General Terms and Conditions govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders placed through www.13ilaria.com. They do not apply to products or services offered by third parties through links or banners available on the Website.
🛒 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
To complete a purchase, customers must follow the online checkout procedure available on the Website.
Before submitting an order, customers must confirm that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller receives confirmation of payment.
By confirming the order, the customer agrees to pay the total amount indicated during checkout.
📦 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability shown on the Website reflects stock at the time of ordering. However, because multiple customers may purchase the same product simultaneously, availability cannot be guaranteed until the order has been confirmed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed promptly by email and may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

💳 PAYMENT METHODS AND PRICES
All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

- Bank Transfer
In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or request confirmation at the correct price.
Credit card payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments using encrypted payment systems.
🚚 DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Orders are shipped from our Italian warehouses.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Ownership of the products transfers only after full payment has been received.
🧾 WARRANTY AND LEGAL CONFORMITY
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods using the original payment method whenever possible.
🔁 RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If a product is defective, customers should contact il3dici@gmail.com providing:
- Full name and order number
- Description of the defect
- Photographs of the defective product
Once the defect has been verified, the product will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
If the parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers are encouraged to refuse the shipment and notify Customer Service immediately.
⚖️ SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

⚖️ GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vercelli (Italy), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Although the Company's registered office is located in Albania, all logistics operations and shipments are managed from Italy. Therefore, Italian law applies to all sales directed to customers within Italy and the European Union.
For sales outside the European Union, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the relevant international laws, treaties and applicable consumer protection regulations.
