⚖️ GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or validity of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vercelli (Italy), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights provided under applicable law.

📅 DRAFTING AND ACCEPTANCE

These General Terms and Conditions were originally drafted on 7 June 2023.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

🇦🇱 REGISTERED OFFICE OUTSIDE THE EU

Although the Company's registered office is located in Albania, all logistics operations and product shipments are managed from Italy. Therefore, Italian law shall apply to all sales directed to customers within Italy and the European Union.

For sales to customers outside the European Union, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the relevant international laws and agreements.
