⚖️ GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Vercelli (Italy), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.

🇦🇱 REGISTERED OFFICE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Although the Company's registered office is located in Albania, all logistics operations and product shipments are managed from Italy. Therefore, Italian law applies to all sales directed to customers within Italy and the European Union.

For sales outside the European Union, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the relevant international laws and agreements.
